Goods are dispatched according to the indicative times shown on the product page. In the case of multiple purchases, the longest dispatch time among the items ordered shall apply. Delivery times may vary depending on the selected carrier.
Dispatch and delivery times are estimated based on the information provided by manufacturers and carriers at the time of order. Most products sold by Kasastore are supplied on order.
Order status can always be checked ONLINE by logging into your account under the “Orders” section, where the estimated dispatch date is also displayed.
Any updates will be communicated to the Customer in the event of significant changes to the indicated times or circumstances affecting product availability.
In some cases, for reasons beyond Kasastore’s control, such as production delays, temporary stock shortages, public holidays or supply difficulties, dispatch times may vary.
Should the indicative times be exceeded, the Customer will receive automatic notifications with the updated order status.
Upon dispatch, the Customer will automatically receive a notification containing tracking details and all information required to follow the delivery.
If the delay extends beyond a reasonable period and it is not possible to provide a new estimated dispatch date, the Customer may request cancellation of the contract and a refund of the amounts paid, in accordance with applicable law.
Any refusal of delivery or failed delivery attributable to the Customer (incorrect or incomplete address, absence of the recipient, failure to collect the goods) will result in the charging of the shipping, storage and handling costs incurred.
