Goods are shipped according to the estimated timeframes indicated on the product page. In the case of multiple purchases, the longest shipping time indicated will apply. Delivery times may vary depending on the selected carrier.
Shipping and delivery times are to be considered estimated and non-binding and are based on information provided by manufacturers and carriers at the time of order. Most products sold by Kasastore are supplied on order.
The status of your order can always be checked ONLINE by accessing your account in the “Orders” section, where the estimated shipping date is also displayed.
Between receipt of the order and payment and the shipping date, no intermediate progress updates are provided. Any updates will be communicated only in the event that the estimated timeframe is exceeded or if relevant changes occur.
In some cases, for reasons beyond Kasastore’s control, such as but not limited to production delays, stock shortages, company closures (e.g. holidays), supply difficulties, or delayed/lack of information from the manufacturer, shipping times may vary.
If the estimated timeframe is exceeded, the Customer will be informed through automatic notifications regarding the order status, even if a confirmed shipping date is not yet available.
Once the order has been shipped, the Customer will automatically receive a notification containing all necessary information to track the shipment, including tracking details and instructions for proper delivery.
If the delay extends beyond a reasonable period and it is not possible to provide a new estimated shipping date, the Customer may request termination of the contract with a refund of the amounts paid, within the limits of the applicable legislation.
Any refusal of delivery or failed delivery attributable to the Customer, such as incorrect or incomplete address, absence of the recipient, or failure to collect the goods within the carrier’s holding period, will result in the Customer being charged for all costs incurred, including outbound and return shipping, storage, handling, and any additional related costs.

J’ai commandé un robinet mitigeur Smeg MIDR7O-2 sur Kasastore.com et l’expérience globale a été très satisfaisante. Le site est clair, la commande s’est déroulée sans difficulté et le paiement par carte via Stripe est rassurant. Les informations de commande sont détaillées et bien présentées, ce qui permet de suivre facilement le statut dans l’espace client. Le produit correspond parfaitement à la description : design élégant, qualité Smeg au rendez-vous et finitions haut de gamme. Le délai de livraison annoncé (2–3 semaines, sur commande) est raisonnable pour ce type d’article, même si cela demande un peu de patience. Les frais de port et les taxes sont clairement indiqués, sans mauvaise surprise. Seul petit point à améliorer : la communication pourrait être légèrement plus fluide concernant l’avancement précis de la commande avant l’expédition. Dans l’ensemble, je recommande Kasastore pour la qualité des produits et le sérieux du service.
