Payment Methods and Security

Bank Transfer in Advance
Orders paid by Bank Transfer in Advance will be processed only after the actual receipt of the amount due in Kasastore's bank account, which must occur within 2 business days from the order date. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the order will be automatically canceled.

Credit Card (via Stripe)
Credit card payments are accepted for orders up to €1,800.00. At the time of the online transaction, the relevant banking institution authorizes only the commitment of the purchase amount. In case of order cancellation, either by the Customer or due to non-acceptance by Kasastore, the cancellation of the transaction and the release of the committed amount will be requested. Release times depend exclusively on the banking system and may take up to 24 days from the authorization date. Kasastore cannot be held responsible for any delays in the release of funds caused by the banking system.

Scalapay (Buy Now, Pay Later)
With Scalapay, you can split your purchase into 3 convenient installments, for orders up to €1,500.00. This option is available in supported countries, subject to Scalapay’s terms and conditions. If you choose Scalapay, you will immediately receive your order, while the payment is managed directly by Scalapay.

Security
At no point during the purchase process does Kasastore have access to the buyer’s credit card information, which is transmitted via SSL-secured connection directly to the banking institution managing the transaction. When confirming the order, credit card details are securely transferred using SSL encryption (Secure Socket Layer) for authorization and debit. Kasastore never receives or stores your credit card number. We only receive the authorization provided by the card issuer. This process is completely secure and protects both the Customer and the merchant. The SSL encryption system ensures that no one can intercept the information transmitted online. No Kasastore system stores such data, and therefore Kasastore cannot be held responsible for any fraudulent or improper use of credit cards by third parties during the payment process of products purchased on Kasastore.
