Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
The contract between Kasastore and the Customer shall be deemed concluded upon acceptance, even partial, of the order by Kasastore.
Such acceptance shall be considered tacit unless otherwise communicated to the Customer in any manner.
By placing an order through the available methods, the Customer declares to have reviewed all information provided during the purchase process and to fully accept the terms and conditions of sale, payment methods, delivery times, delivery methods, right of withdrawal, warranties and privacy policy.
If the Customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person purchasing goods for purposes not related to their professional activity), once the online purchase procedure is completed, they are advised to print or save an electronic copy and retain these general terms and conditions of sale.
Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or indemnification is excluded, as well as any contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property arising from the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.

By entering into the purchase contract, the CUSTOMER purchases one or more products remotely via the Kasastore.com e-commerce website, available at https://www.kasastore.com.
Receipt of the order is confirmed by Kasastore via email sent to the email address provided by the Customer.
The confirmation message will include the date and time of order execution and a “Customer Order Number” to be used in all subsequent communications.
The message will reproduce all data entered by the Customer, who undertakes to verify its accuracy and promptly notify any corrections according to the methods described in this document.
All orders are subject to acceptance by the Seller, who reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel any order.

Order Cancellation
The Customer may request cancellation of the order before shipment of the products. Cancellation is not automatic and is subject to acceptance by Kasastore.

Most products sold by Kasastore are supplied on order. Upon receipt of the order and payment, the goods are ordered from the supplier. If the order has already been forwarded to the supplier, cancellation may not be accepted.

If cancellation is accepted, any refund will be made net of actual and non-recoverable costs incurred by Kasastore, provided they are duly documented. No fixed penalties are applied to private consumers resident in the European Union.

For orders placed by companies, professionals, VAT holders or customers not resident in the European Union, Kasastore reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or to apply cancellation charges, including payment processing costs.

It is understood that order cancellation prior to shipment is separate and distinct from the right of withdrawal, which is governed by applicable law and applies exclusively to consumers within the statutory limits.
