Warranty
All products sold by Kasastore are of Italian origin and are covered by:

• The manufacturer’s commercial warranty
• A 24-month legal warranty for lack of conformity, pursuant to EU Directive 2019/771 and Italian Legislative Decree 170/2021

To benefit from warranty service, the Customer must retain the purchase invoice.

The manufacturer’s warranty is provided according to the terms detailed in the product documentation included in the packaging.

The 24-month legal warranty applies exclusively to private consumers (individuals purchasing for personal use, without entering a VAT number). This warranty covers conformity defects that were present at delivery and appear within 24 months, provided the product is used correctly, as intended and as described in the technical documentation.

In case of a lack of conformity, Kasastore will resolve the issue free of charge for the customer through repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination, as provided by law.

Business customers and professionals (purchases made with a VAT number) are not eligible for the 24-month legal warranty reserved for consumers. For them, only the manufacturer’s commercial warranty applies, according to its own conditions.

If a product is found not to be defective after inspection by an Authorized Service Center, costs related to diagnostics, repair, and transport may be charged to the Customer.

Replacement for DOA (Dead On Arrival) is only possible if explicitly provided by the manufacturer. Repair or replacement times depend solely on the manufacturer’s policy.

Kasastore is not liable for delays in repair or replacement operations.

If the product needs to be returned, it must be sent in its original packaging, complete with all components (including packaging, manuals, and accessories).
