Shipping Times

The goods are shipped according to the timelines indicated on the product page. In the case of multiple purchases, the longest delivery time among those indicated will be considered. Delivery times may vary depending on the selected carrier.

Delivery times are indicative and not binding. Kasastore is not responsible for any delays in order processing or delivery. Although delays are rare, the customer is not entitled to refuse the goods in such circumstances.

If the customer refuses the goods or delivery fails due to an incorrect, incomplete, or unattended address, the customer will be held responsible for all incurred costs, including: shipping (outbound and return), storage, handling, and any additional charges.
