Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal and the possibility to cancel the order apply exclusively to private consumers (natural persons purchasing for non-professional purposes).

EU consumers have the right to withdraw from the order within 14 days from the day following delivery.

Withdrawal must be communicated in writing to the following email address: withdrawal@kasastore.com.

The consumer may examine the goods as they would do in a shop.
If the goods are used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (for example, using a coffee machine to actually prepare beverages), the refunded amount may be proportionally reduced, or, in the event of use that makes the product no longer resalable as new for hygiene reasons, the refund may be zero. In such cases, the product will be kept available for collection by the customer at our premises for 7 days; after this period, it will be disposed of. Shipping costs for collection will be borne by the customer.

A deduction may be made if the value of the goods has been reduced due to handling beyond what is necessary. The consumer has a legal duty to take care of the goods.

Damage or alterations caused or allowed by the consumer may void the right to a refund.

Cancelled orders with goods returned damaged, used, worn, scratched, modified or missing any accessories supplied will not be refunded.
Damaged products will be available for collection by the customer within 7 days. After this period, they will be disposed of.

The consumer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

The return address is indicated in the transport document/invoice.

Goods must be returned within 14 days from the written communication of withdrawal.

In the event of withdrawal, all payments made, including standard shipping costs (the cheapest option), will be refunded without undue delay and in any case within 30 days from the date we are informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
The refund may be suspended until receipt of the goods.

For purchases made by companies, professionals or VAT holders, the right of withdrawal does not apply and orders are considered binding and non-cancellable, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Kasastore.

Non-EU customers: The right of withdrawal and/or cancellation does not apply to purchases shipped outside the European Union or the European Economic Area, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Kasastore.

This right of withdrawal is granted in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights.
