Right of cancellation
The customer (private person only) can cancel the order within 14 days from the day following delivery.

The customer must cancel in writing at one of the following addresses: Kasastore Ltd - 26 Needlepin Way - Buckingham MK18 7RB (UK), e-mail: customer-service@kasastore.com

The customer can examine the goods as he would do when purchasing in a shop.
A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary.
The customer has statutory duty to take care of the goods.

Damage or distress caused or allowed by the customer to the product may void the right to return the product.

Cancelled orders where the goods are returned damaged, used, worn, scratched, modified or missing any of the supplied equipment, will not be refunded.
The damaged products will be available for the collection by the customer, that must take place within 7 days.
After this deadline they will be scrapped.

The customer is responsible for the cost of sending back the goods.

The goods must be returned within 14 days from the cancel in writing

If you cancel this contract, you will be refunded all payments you have made on our behalf, including delivery costs (including additional costs), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day when we are informed of your decision to terminate this contract. These refunds will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. The redemption may be suspended until receipt of the goods.
