Timing for Shipment
The shipment of goods is done with approximately the times
indicated in the product description.
In the case of multiple purchase you should consider the timing
longest.
The delivery times are variable depending on the carrier
chosen.
The times quoted for delivery are indicative only and are in no way
binding.
No responsibility can be attributed to Kasastore Ltd in case of
delay in the order or delivery of the order.
The deadline for order fulfillment permitted by law, has 30 days from receipt of payment. After that time Kasastore Ltd, will reimburse the customer for the amount paid. That fact, delay in, can occur only sporadically and in any case does not entitle the customer to reject the goods. That right is preserved if the customer has made an explicit request for cancellation order by email, fax or letter before the same order has been processed.
In the event that the customer should reject the goods, all costs of shipping (Roundtrip) of storage and management will be borne by the customer.
