Automatic extraction tower
Positioned in the centre of the hob instead of on the ceiling or wall, the extraction tower rises automatically when the extraction is turned on. From here, it takes care of smoke and smells – quietly and effortlessly. The extraction tower features five different extraction levels plus automatic and manual clean air functions. It also indicates when it’s time to clean the separate filters. When raised, the tower leaves plenty of room on the hob. It can also be used "flat", so you never have to choose between creativity and cleaner air.

Twin motor/filter solution
Many extractor fans are designed to take away odours, but not many are also designed to reduce noise. The filter system in ASKO Elevate hood-in-hob is designed not with one fan, but with two high-efficiency fans. As well as providing higher extraction, the two high-efficiency fans operate with a more pleasant sound while lowering the general noise levels. The filter system also features two integrated and easy to clean filters and an optimized ergonomic fan housing design. Combined, the result is superior, energy-efficient performance with unbeatably low noise levels.

Two separate, easy-clean filters
The twin motor/filter solution features two separate and highly absorbent stainless steel grease filters. For optimum performance, there are three different cooking intensities to choose from. Once set, the cooking intensity automatically determines the cleaning interval, so the filters will never need to be cleaned more than is necessary. Any liquids are collected effortlessly in convenient fluid collectors. The filter timer lets you know when the filters should be cleaned, but they can be cleaned whenever you wish. The filters are easily accessible, easily removable and dishwasher safe.

Celsius°Cooking
The Celsius°Cooking™ system from ASKO is a hands-on way to experience smart, connected kitchen technology. It consists of a high-quality induction hob with connected pots and pans and a temperature probe. Via the pans and probe, you can measure cooking temperatures and the core temperature of the food, precisely. You can also control these and the exact timings. The pans and probe communicate with the hob to ensure that the right level of heat is delivered at the right time. You can either set the temperatures and timings precisely yourself, use any of the hob's pre-set cooking modes, or use the temperatures and timings in the companion app. The hob, pans and probe can be linked using the app, which also contains a large collection of recipes taught to you by professional chefs.
