    J’ai commandé un robinet mitigeur Smeg MIDR7O-2 sur Kasastore.com et l’expérience globale a été très satisfaisante. Le site est clair, la commande s’est déroulée sans difficulté et le paiement par carte via Stripe est rassurant. Les informations de commande sont détaillées et bien présentées, ce qui permet de suivre facilement le statut dans l’espace client. Le produit correspond parfaitement à la description : design élégant, qualité Smeg au rendez-vous et finitions haut de gamme. Le délai de livraison annoncé (2–3 semaines, sur commande) est raisonnable pour ce type d’article, même si cela demande un peu de patience. Les frais de port et les taxes sont clairement indiqués, sans mauvaise surprise. Seul petit point à améliorer : la communication pourrait être légèrement plus fluide concernant l’avancement précis de la commande avant l’expédition.
